Good morning ladies! Well I found an amazing shampoo that I LOVE!!!! It literally makes your hair smell amazing for days! I did some research online and when I found this one, I figured I would go ahead and give it a shot. I could have ordered it online but I didn't want to pay the extra for shipping and all that jazz so I looked where in town I could purchase it. Ulta was the go to place. I purchased the Fekkai Glossing Shampoo and conditioner. Target carries this brand but it is hit and miss with the glossing. I think I will try the Shea shampoo and conditioner next. They were the same price at Target and Ulta so either place works. I tried adding pictures but my computer is all messed up so sorry for that.

The hubby and I decided to finally commit to running  a marathon this year. Since I am turning 30 and it is a big year, why not knock it off my bucket list. We registered for the San Diego Rock-and-Roll. I am excited, nervous, worried, and every other emotion you can feel about running this thing. I know I can do it but it is going to take a lot of dedication. With a almost 4 year old and a 6 1/2 month old I feel it is going to be extra hard to find the time and energy. But there is no better time like the present! Speaking of birthdays.... I have planned a themed party for my big 3 0. It is "Hoe Down" and I will post pics after the event:)

Hair Care

okay ladies.. I am looking for a new shampoo and conditioner. My favorite is Enjoy but it is so hard to find and when I do it is quite costly. What would you recommend? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
On another note, Halloween is in 2 days and I can't wait to take the little ones out. Nova decided to be Cinderella and Giada is going to be a cowgirl. Giada of course is just along for the ride but Nova will have a blast! I can't wait to post pics of their costumes! I usually make Novas but this year she picked a costume that she has 3 of so why spend the money:)

Project lamp shade

Yesterday I went to Michael's looking for something to spruce up my 3 year old's  lamp shade in her bedroom and was able to find the perfect thing! The best part was it cost me a whopping $1.50.!

This was exactly what I was looking for only I thought I was going to have to glue. This was adhesive so it was so easy. Here is how it turned out.

This second picture was how I was attaching it. Yes there is my little helper in the background. Like I said it was super easy and only broke the bank $1.50. Happy hump day!

Our Arrival

I have finally gotten in a routine with the new baby and the little one so I am able to actually sit down and write on here without being distracted. Lord knows how long that will last! Our beautiful baby girl arrived on July 17th, 2014 at 8:16p.m. I barely made it to the hospital so unfortunately I wasn't able to get any drugs. Our computer is acting up so I haven't been able to download all the photos we have of her. Once I get the computer fixed, I will definitely add more!

On another note.. I am glad to report I am enjoying having my wine and I didn't realize how much I really did miss it! I am really excited that in the next two weeks I will be able to get my jogger and start running with the girls. The hubs is so busy with work and classses that it is hard for me to run when he is home to watch them so I have only been able to work out in the house. I am 5 pounds away from my pre pregnancy weight but my goal is 15 pounds. I will try to keep you posted on that as well. I have been looking into a lot of supplements to take while on this journey but can't find one that I am comfortable with yet. Omni nutrition, Advocare, or just the old fashion way. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! I hope everyone is enjoying the weather change. I love this time of year and can't wait for it to cool off just a bit more. These 90's are just killing me.
