Sorry to those of you who follow me and have been checking up and haven't seen any new posts in a while. I have been out of town a lot over the summer and am finally back home. i have decided to make some major changes around here and I thought I would share. If you have been following my blog, you know that I am trying to lose weight. I am almost to my pre-pregnancy weight and I have to make some hard core changes to get to that goal. I am going to try and log my weight and progress on here to hold me accountable. I was thinking about trying and finding some new recipes online and skinny-ing them up. I follow a couple blogs that keep me motivated so I am hoping these changes I will reach that goal. My little girl is getting bigger now and she will pretty much eat anything so this will be good for her too. My weight yesterday was at 157 and I still have a good 10-12 pounds I would like to lose. I am desperately itching to sign up for a full marathon but if I happen to get pregnant again that will not work out so good. So I will just have to keep with my everyday running for now. I begged the hubs to make half of the garage a gym since we have most of the equipment so I can boost up my weight lifting. We will see how this all turns out. Please share any great skinny recipes you might have or any good at home workouts:)
