I am at 12 weeks and 3 days today. FINALLY not feeling nauseous! I didn't have that with the first so that was a huge adjustment for me. I am having a hard balancing being pregnant again and handling a 2 1/2 year old. Even though I stay home, I feel like there is so much to do and by the time I get done working out in the morning then attempting my daily goals and playing and teaching the little one all day, I AM DONE by the time 3-4 o'clock rolls around. I am really trying to find my inner spunkiness (is that a word?) to help with the rest of the day. As for working out and running, the doc gave me the ok to keep doing what I am doing until told otherwise. I put in 5 miles today plus a workout and about an hour after working out my arms felt like they were going to fall off. I haven't gained any weight yet but I know that won't last long. My intention is to at least get me arms in shape and keep my legs decent that way I can bounce back a little quicker than last time. I am glad the holidays are done that way I can focus on all this other stuff . Hope you all enjoyed the holidays!
